Ron Jones
Around Midland College, they would say, three things in life are certain: death, taxes and Ron Jones fielding a highly prepared team. As the first head coach of the Lady Chap program, Ron Jones would become a study in determination and perseverance. Despite the constant re-loading of athletic talent, Jones continually prepared his teams for the onslaught of competition. The Lady Chaps have posted multiple winning records and visits to the NJCAA Women's National Basketball Tournament, earning WJCAC and NJCAA Region V titles along the way.
