Jo Aline Collins
Jo Aline Collins was born April 18, 1952 in Dallas, Texas and passed away on September 17, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Andy Collins; her grandmother, Marijo Collins; her father, John Collins; and her cousin Leslie King.
Aline is survived by her mother, Iva Aline Harral Collins; cousins DA Harral (Angela), Beth Holstein (Jay Tom), and Bentley King (Georgia); her aunt, Carol Harral Hardwick (Hank); nieces and nephews, Mark (Jessica), Kristi (Nate), Katie, Kelli and Jake Harral; Will and Bige Holstein; and a host of other friends and relatives.
She graduated from Kimball High School in Dallas in 1970 and Baylor University in 1974. She received her Master's Degree from the University of Texas in 1976. She was the librarian at Midland College from 1976 until she retired in August, 2012.
She was an invaluable member of First Presbyterian Church of Midland where she sang in the choir and performed countless other duties.
Aline's life touched a myriad of lives, and everyone she met has a story of her love. She will be laid to rest on the family ranch she loved so much in Pecos County.
